PADI Course Director Allan Nash, Managing Director of well know Asia Divers, a PADI 5 Star Career Development Center, and El Galleon Beach Resort founded Asia Divers in 1987, co-formed Instructor Development Asia Pacific in 2001 and commenced operations of iDAP in January 2002.
It was decided to use the combined experience of a strong team of Course Directors, Instructor Trainers, Master Instructors and IDC Staff Instructors, all experts in their fields, to pursue their mutual goals in professional level diver training and developed the Dive to Success Programs. Based largely around PADI, EFR and DSAT courses Dive to Success' strength lies not in the knowledge and experience of two people but of many expert partners in and around the dive industry. It's the power of this partnership and the dedication and commitment of our partner Dive Centers, Instructors, Resorts, Staff Instructors and Course Directors that ensures your success in the dive industry through participation in our programs, whether you are aiming at Divemaster, Instructor, Master Scuba Diver Trainer, IDC Staff Instructor or even Course Director.

PADI Course Director, Warren Dixon, joined the team in late 2003 after returning to Puerto Galera from a six-year absence in Taiwan, joining forces as Manager and Partner to continue the goals and more actively market and promote the ideals of iDAP College.
